Application of repetitive transcranial magnetie stimulation technologyin the rehabilitation of neurological function in children with cerebral palsy

Abstract Objective 'To explore the elfects of repetitive transeranial magnetic stimulation ( 'T'MS ) technology on therehabilitation of neurological function in children with cerebral palsy. Methods 110 children with cerebral palsy wereselected divided into the control group and study group using a random number table method, with $5 cases in eachgroup. The control group were received rehabilitation treatment, while the study group were received combined TMStreatment. The Gesell Development Diagnostie Scale ( DO), Child State Trait Anxiety Inventory( STAIC ), BaileyInfant Development Seale ( BSlD ), Child Depression Rating Scale ( CDRS ) seores and clinical eficacy werecompared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the DO and BSll) scores of thestudy group were higher than those of the control group, and the differenee was statistically significant( P<0.05 )The CDRS and STAlC' seores of the study group were lower than those of the control group( P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of 96.36% in the study group was higher than 81.82% in the control group( P<0.05).Conclusion TMS has a good therapeutie effect on children with cerebral palsy, which improves theirneurological fumction and mental state, improves clinical treatment effectiveness, and alleviates the comprehensivesymptoms of cerebral palsy.
