Abstract Objective 'To observe the applieation effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation( r'T'MS) combined with anticoagulant therapy on improving neurological and cognitive function in patients witheerebral infarction. Methods 132 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into theobservation group and control group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group were received anticoagulanttherapy, while the observation group were received rT'MS treatment in combination. The brain nerve function, cognitive funetion , and incidenee of adverse events before and after treatment were compared between the two groupsof patients. Results After treatment, the scores of NlHSS, NSE, and $100-β in the observation group were lowerthan those in the control group, and the difference was statistically signiicant( P<0.05); in the observation group.UA was higher than that in the control group, while Hey and NF-L, were lower than that in the control group( P<0.05 ) .The MMSE, and MoCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P<0.05 ).The ineidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P< 0. 05 ).Conclusion 'The combination of conventional anticoagulant therapy with r'TMS for cerebral infaretion can promote theimprovement of patients’ neurological and cognitive functions, and reduce the risk of cerebrovaseular adverse events. Keywords : cerebral infaretion; anticoagulant therapy: high-frequeney repetitive transeranial magnetie stimulation:nerve funetion; cognitive funetion
