AbstractObjective To observe the elfectiveness and safety of preoperative pretreatment withpentylenethyclidine hydrochloride in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods 125 patients who underwenttotal hysterectomy were seleeted and divided into two groups by random number table method. T'he routinegroup consisted of 62 patients who were received preoperative atropine pretreatment as an auxiliaryanesthesia, while the experimental group consisted of 63 patients who were received preoperativepentylenethyelidine hydrochloride pretreatment as an auxiliary anesthesia. The anesthesia elfeets and safetyof the two groups of patients were compared. Results Before surgery, there was no statistically significantdifferenee in the basie values of HR, MAP, and gastrointestinal motility hormone indicators between the two groups of patients ( P>0.05 ). During surgery, the maximum and minimum values of HR and MAP, aswell as the additional and total dosage of anticholinergic drugs in the experimental group were lower thannormal in the conventional group( P<0.05). After surgery, the incidence of GAS, MLT, and adverseanesthesia reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group ( P<0.05 )Conclusion Preoperative use of pentylenethyelidine hydrochloride as an adjuvant anesthesia can maintainthe stability of basic physical signs in patients undergoing total hysterectomy during the perioperativeperiod, Compared with conventional anticholinergic drugs, the total dosage of pentylenethyelidinehydrochloride is lower, which can efectively avoid excessive activation of gastrointestinal motility andreduce the risk of anesthesia related adverse reactions. Keywords: total hysterectomy; pentylenethyclidine hydrochloride; general anesthesia; basic physical
