靶向调节肿瘤微环境治疗乳腺癌的研究进展
摘要:目前,乳腺肿瘤已升至全球癌症新发病例数的首位,也成了女性恶性癌症死亡的主要原因。乳腺癌的发生发展是多种因素共同作用的结果,病理机制十分复杂。而随着研究的不断深入,肿瘤微环境(TME)与乳腺癌发病的关系受到越来越多研究者的关注。TME由多种细胞成分和细胞外基质共同组成,被证明与乳腺肿瘤的发生、生长、转移和预后密切相关。因此,对于乳腺癌肿瘤微环境中细胞及相关因子的深入了解有助于建立基于TME的靶向治疗策略和治疗新靶点的发现。本文综述了乳腺癌TME中重要的组成细胞及其在乳腺癌生长和转移方面的作用机制,并总结了靶向肿瘤微环境提高乳腺癌治疗效果的方法和最近进展。
Research progress of targeted regulation of tumor microenvironment in the treatment of breast cancer①

Abstract At present, breast cancer has ranked as the most common cancer by incidence worldwide, and become the leading cause of malignant cancer death among women. Numerous genetic and clinical factors are involved in the tumorigenesis and development of breast cancer, and its pathological mechanism is quite complicated. With the deepening of research, the relationship between tumor microenvironment (TME) and breast cancer has drawn increasing attention. Tumor microenvironment is composed of cellular components and extracellular matrix, and has been proved to be closely related to the occurrence, progression, metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of the role of cells and cytokines in the breast cancer microenvironment is essential for developing new TME-targeted strategies and new therapeutic targets. In this review, we summarized the key cell components of the breast cancer TME and their mechanisms of action in tumor growth and metastasis, along with new advances in breast cancer therapy by targeting tumor microenvironment.
