光动力疗法及其在治疗胶质母细胞瘤中的进展
摘要:光动力疗法作为一种治疗肿瘤的新方法,具有创伤小、可重复、无明显耐药等优点,所以在国内受到越来越多的关注。胶质母细胞瘤是最常见、最具侵袭性的原发恶性脑肿瘤,标准化方案治疗后的患者预后较差,因此,笔者对光动力疗法及其在治疗胶质母细胞瘤中的进展进行综述,旨在了解近年来光动力疗法的新成果和光动力疗法在治疗胶质母细胞瘤中的效果,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。
Photodynamic therapy and its progress in the treatment of glioblastoma①

Abstract Photodynamic therapy(PDT), as a new treatment for cancer, has attracted increasing attention in China due to its advantages such as less trauma, reproducibility and no obvious drug resistance. Glioblastoma is the most common and most aggressive primary malignant brain tumor, and patients have poor prognoses after treatments with standardized protocols, so the authors provide a review of photodynamic therapy and its progress in the treatment of glioblastoma aiming to understand the recent new achievements of photodynamic therapy and its efficacy in the treatment of glioblastoma, and to give an outlook on its future research directions.
