强化功能性电刺激踏车训练对脑卒中早期康复患者生活能力及心肺适能的影响

摘要 目的:探究强化功能性电刺激踏车训练对脑卒中早期康复患者生活能力及心肺适能的影响。方法:选取脑卒中早期康复患者 92 例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各 46 例。 对照组给予功能性电刺激踏车训练,1 次/ d,观察组给予强化功能性电刺激踏车训练,2 次/ d,比较两组生活能力及心肺适能。 结果:干预后,观察组 Barthel 指数量表(BI)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组峰值摄氧量(VO 2 )、无氧阈(AT)高于对照组(P<0.05),峰值氧脉搏(VO 2 / HR)水平、二氧化碳通气当量(VE/VCO 2 )斜率水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论:强化功能性电刺激踏车训练应用于脑卒中早期康复患者,可有效改善患者生活能力,提高心肺适能。

Effect of enhanced functional electrical stimulation treadmill training on life ability and cardiopulmonary fitness of early rehabilitation patients after stroke

Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of enhanced functional electrical stimulation treadmill training on the life ability and cardiopulmonary fitness of early rehabilitation patients after stroke. Methods: 92 early rehabilitation patients after stroke were randomized into two groups, each with 46 cases. The control group were given functional electrical stimulation treadmill training once per day, while the observation group were given functional electrical stimulation treadmill training twice a day. Then, the living ability and cardiopulmonary fitness was compared between both groups. Results: After the intervention, the Barthel index(BI)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the peak oxygen uptake(VO 2 ) and anaerobic threshold(AT) in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the peak oxygen pulse(VO 2 / HR)level and VE/ VCO 2 slop level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Enhanced functional electrical stimulation treadmill training can effectively improve the living ability and cardiopulmonary fitness of earlyrehabilitation patients after stroke.
